Choosing a size- Measure the wearer from mid neck hit to the ground. E.g If a child is 130cm in height I recommend purchasing 140cm length (SMALL) Calming Cocoon to ensure their is enough fabric to comfortably wrap over their shoulders, feet space while sleeping or if stretching above their head for sensory stimming and regulation.
Refund Policy
Refunds & Repairs.
A product will not be replaced / repaired or refunded due to excess stretching or damage caused by not following the care instructions or usage recommendations which are verbally given at events, displayed and shipped as a care instruction note. If the stitching is chewed, picked at or sucked on this is user damage not a stitching fault or under fair wear and tear.
Faulty stitching- Send an email with a picture of stitching within
30 days of purchase and return to Calming Cocoon for assessment. (see above.)
No refund for change or mind.
