Refund Policy

Refunds will not be given for change of mind. 

Repair of product stitching within 14 days of purchase.

For a refund to be issued withing 28 days of purchase the product needs to be returned and assessed for stress damage ie tears, rips due to fair wear and tear.

A product will not be replaced / repair or refunded due to excess stretching or damage caused by not following the care instructions or use recommendations.

How to pick the correct size suggestions.
Measure the wearer from shoulders to feet.
General use: The fabric needs to be roughly 5cm above the shoulders to hold onto and drape over the shoulders for comfort.
Snuggling & sleeping: Order the next size up to give ample foot space and stretch.
